- Present and sell product and/or services to potential clients
- Relationship building with current clients
- Cold call or prospect for new leads and referrals
- Presentation, proposal and sales contract preparation
- Identify and resolve client complaints
- Travel to and from client sites
- Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
- Participation in marketing events such as trade shows and seminars
