Education and Experience
- College or University graduate (some positions)
- Minimum of 6 months working within an office environment
Sample Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Receive and file incoming letters and documents
- Maintain stationary supplies and coordinating deliveries
- Schedule meetings
- Supply and manage office equipment, office supplies and kitchen utilities
- Telephone operator
- Welcome and receive guests
- General tidiness of the office
- Agenda management: travel arrangements, meetings, hotels etc
